Aizen Stay - District 1

Aizen Stay - District 1 is an adults-only hotel in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, with air-conditioned rooms that all have a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV, and city views in two of its three room types. Aizen Stay - District 1 offers three room types, all for two adults and all with air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. The smallest is the Superior Queen Room at 20 m², with a large king-size bed, a shower and a city view. Every room comes with free toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, towels, a desk and a safe deposit box, so the choice comes down to size, view and bathroom.

The Deluxe King Room is 27 m² and has an extra-large double bed (super-king size) and a private bathroom with both a bath and a shower, but no city view. The King Room with Balcony is the largest at 30 m², with the same super-king bed, a bath and a shower, a balcony and a view over the city.

The facilities focus on service. The hotel has a restaurant on site with an outdoor seating area, a tour desk, concierge service, luggage storage, private and express check-in and check-out, daily housekeeping, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning. An ATM is on site, and the building has a lift.

Security includes 24-hour security, CCTV outside the property and in the common areas, key card access and a safety deposit box. The property is adults only and non-smoking throughout, and the rooms have air conditioning.

The practical limits are that no parking is available and no internet access is offered. In the rooms you will find a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, a clothes rack, a desk, towels, slippers, toilet paper, free toiletries, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Aizen Stay - District 1 is on Hồ Hảo Hớn street in District 1, the central district of Ho Chi Minh City, where cafés and restaurants sit side by side. Several of them are within about 50 m of the front door, and Tre Coffee and the Juicy Cloud restaurant are both 50 m away. The Ni Viện Pháp Hoa pagoda is 100 m away, the Nam Thành Holy See church 250 m, the Chợ Cô Giang market 350 m and the Cau Dua Market 550 m. The Bui Vien walking street, a backpacker area, is a few hundred metres off.

For onward travel, Ben Thanh Station, the Metro Line 1 stop, is 1.2 km away, and the Saigon Railway Station is 2.6 km. The Bến xe buýt Sài Gòn bus station is 600 m from the hotel, and a second bus station, Bến xe Sài Gòn, is 650 m. With luggage, a taxi or ride-hailing car is the simplest way to cover the longer stretches.

The Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum is 1.2 km away and the Museum of Ho Chi Minh City 1.8 km, while Tao Dan Park is 1.3 km from the hotel and the War Remnants Museum 1.9 km. The Ben Thanh market is in the same district, and Nha Rong Wharf, on the Saigon River, is 1.8 km away.
